I ordered some packs of the soft sleeves. A couple days after ordering, I still hadn’t heard anything about my order or received any updates. After a quick email I was informed that the sleeves were delayed and won’t be available for a while. Sam ended up refunded my order and said he’d send my order free of charge.
I was happy with the refund process, and didn’t expect the order to arrive. However this week the sleeves arrived, and included was even a couple packs. Sam’s generosity is above and beyond.

Second time buying from DenjiCollectables, the shipping is yet again amazingly packed but this time with TWO packets of Haribos, packs are all neatly presented and shipping plus contact was very smooth.
Best thing about this company is the free shipping, other TCG companies require you to pay around $10 for shipping. Price of the boxes are quite good as well.
