Preorder Policy

At Denji Collectables, we aim to provide collectors with access to the latest and most sought-after Pokémon card releases. To ensure you secure your items, we offer preorders for select products. Please read our preorder policy below:

What is a Preorder?

A preorder allows you to reserve an item before its official release date. By preordering, you ensure your product is secured and will be dispatched to you as soon as it becomes available.

Preorder Guidelines:

1. Payment:

• Full payment is required at the time of placing a preorder to secure your item.

2. Estimated Release Dates:

• All preorder products will include an estimated release date. Please note that these dates are subject to change due to delays from the manufacturer, distributor, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Timeframes:

• Orders containing preorder items will only be shipped once all items in the order are in stock.

• If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

4. Cancellations and Refunds:

• All sales for preorders are final.

• Due to the dynamic nature of the market leading up to a release, pricing can fluctuate. While we honor the pricing at the time of your order, we kindly ask for the same commitment to your purchase, regardless of any market changes.

• Cancellations or refunds for preorders will not be accepted once an order is placed.

5. Changes to Preorders:

• In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your preorder due to supplier shortages or unforeseen issues, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be provided.

6. Price Adjustments:

• Preorder prices are final and will not be adjusted if prices change after the release date.

7. Stock Allocation:

• Preorders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. While we make every effort to ensure all preorders are fulfilled, stock availability from our suppliers may impact your order.
